How Frontrunners Uses Google User Data
Frontrunners offers a Google integration so you can connect your Gmail account and send personalized job-search emails from your own email address.
We request only the Google permissions required to connect your account and provide this functionality.

Basic Google Profile Information
Frontrunners requests access to basic information associated with your Google account, such as:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your basic Google profile information
Why We Need It
We use this information to:
- Identify the Google account you connected
- Display the connected email address within your Frontrunners account
- Confirm which account will be used to send outreach emails
- Maintain the connection between your Google account and Frontrunners account
We do not use your Google profile information for advertising.
Permission to Send Email
Frontrunners requests permission to send email through your Gmail account on your behalf.
Why We Need It
This permission allows Frontrunners to:
- Send personalized job-search emails that you create, select, or configure through the platform
- Send those emails from your connected Gmail address
- Carry out outreach according to the campaign and sending preferences you choose
Frontrunners uses this permission only to provide the email-sending functionality you request.
What Frontrunners Does Not Access
Frontrunners does not request permission to:
- Read your Gmail inbox
- Read the contents of your existing emails
- Access your Google Contacts
- Delete your emails
- Modify your inbox or email labels
- Access files stored in Google Drive
- Access your Google Calendar
Our Google integration is limited to identifying the connected account and sending emails through Gmail on your behalf.
You Control Your Outreach
Before using your Gmail account for outreach, you choose your target role, companies, contacts, message content, campaigns, and sending preferences within Frontrunners.
You can review and customize your email templates and account settings before sending begins.
You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach is appropriate, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.
You Can Disconnect Google at Any Time
You can stop using the Google integration by disconnecting your Gmail account from Frontrunners.
You can also revoke Frontrunners’ access through your Google Account settings.
After access is revoked, Frontrunners will no longer be able to use your Google account to send emails.
Revoking access does not automatically delete your Frontrunners account or information already stored in your Frontrunners account. To request account or data deletion, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy or contact us at support@frontrunners.io.
How We Protect Google User Data
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you request.
Frontrunners does not:
- Sell Google user data
- Use Google user data for third-party advertising
- Share Google user data with data brokers
- Use your Google account to send emails unrelated to your activity on Frontrunners
- Allow unauthorized third parties to access your connected Google account

Using Frontrunners Without a Connected Gmail Account
Connecting Google allows you to send outreach from your own Gmail address.
Depending on your Frontrunners plan and account configuration, you may also have the option to send outreach through a Frontrunners-provided sending account instead of connecting Gmail.
Available sending options will be shown within your Frontrunners account.
