Welcome to FrontRunners (“FrontRunners”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FrontRunners website, applications, and services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using FrontRunners, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of employment in your jurisdiction to use FrontRunners.

2. Description of the Service

FrontRunners is an AI-powered job search platform that assists users by:

  • Identifying companies that may be hiring

  • Finding relevant hiring managers

  • Identifying publicly available professional contact information

  • Personalizing outreach emails

  • Sending emails on behalf of users

  • Helping users manage and automate parts of their job search

FrontRunners provides software tools only. We do not act as a recruitment agency, employer, staffing agency, or employment intermediary.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Providing accurate information

  • Keeping your account information up to date

  • All activity occurring under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans may differ in:

  • Number of AI Runners

  • Daily outreach limits

  • Available features

  • Credits

  • Storage

  • Other usage limits

5. Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment provider) to charge your selected payment method.

Unless required by law:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial billing periods are not refunded.

  • Failure to use the Service does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Free Trials

If offered, free trials are provided for a limited period.

We may limit eligibility for free trials and reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

FrontRunners uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and draft outreach emails.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing:

  • Emails

  • Resume content

  • Cover letters

  • Job applications

  • Any communications sent through the platform

You should verify all AI-generated content before relying upon or sending it.

8. Gmail Integration

You may choose to connect your Gmail account.

By doing so, you authorize FrontRunners to send emails on your behalf using the permissions you grant.

You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time through your account settings or your Google Account.

You remain responsible for all emails sent through your connected account.

9. Email Outreach

FrontRunners is designed to facilitate legitimate one-to-one professional job outreach.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam

  • Send bulk unsolicited commercial emails

  • Harass individuals

  • Send fraudulent communications

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Violate anti-spam laws

  • Circumvent daily sending limits

FrontRunners may suspend accounts that engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.

10. Hiring Manager Information

FrontRunners identifies hiring managers using publicly available professional information.

You agree to use this information solely for legitimate employment-related communications.

You may not:

  • Sell the information

  • Redistribute the information

  • Build marketing databases

  • Use the information for unrelated commercial purposes

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Upload malicious software

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Disrupt the Service

  • Scrape the platform

  • Use automated tools against FrontRunners except where expressly permitted

12. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

  • Resumes

  • Cover letters

  • Job preferences

  • Email templates

  • Profile information

You grant FrontRunners a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the Services to you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload all content.

13. Intellectual Property

FrontRunners and its content, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, AI models, databases, and features, are owned by us or our licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Sell

  • Redistribute

  • License

  • Reverse engineer

  • Create derivative works

without our written permission.

14. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Updates

  • Technical failures

  • Third-party outages

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

15. Third-Party Services

FrontRunners integrates with third-party providers including:

  • Google

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud infrastructure providers

  • Email services

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

16. Privacy

Your use of FrontRunners is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it carefully to understand how we collect and process your personal information.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use presents legal or security risks

  • Required by law

  • Payment cannot be collected

  • We reasonably believe your account is being abused

You may stop using the Service at any time.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontRunners disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy

  • Availability

  • Reliability

We do not guarantee that:

  • Jobs will be found

  • Hiring managers will respond

  • Interviews will be obtained

  • Employment will result

  • Emails will always be delivered

  • AI recommendations will be accurate

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrontRunners and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of employment opportunities

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Data loss

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to FrontRunners during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontRunners, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your communications with hiring managers

  • Your uploaded content

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

21. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features of the Service at any time.

We are not obligated to continue offering any specific feature indefinitely.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, notify users by email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FrontRunners regarding your use of the Service.
