From the first 100 emails that got sent in the first week, I received 12 responses from hiring managers. This is MUCH better than the results I get when sending out applications. I’ve used auto-apply tools to send out 300 applications, only to receive 2 responses. So sending emails to hiring managers with Frontrunners works 20x better!

I’m looking for jobs and was interested by the fact that this tool doesn’t do “auto-apply” like a lot of platforms out there, but instead helps to directly email hiring managers. When I was using auto-apply tools, I was barely getting any responses, like 1 out of 1000 applications sent. With Frontrunners it’s more like 1 response out of 5 emails automatically sent. Much better results and so better value for money than the auto-apply tools. I like it so far

I usually don’t post reviews, but this one deserves the praises. I had tried auto apply tools and most did not get me anywhere as I was looking for new job. This tool helped reach out to people who are actually decision makers and I am in chat with several hiring managers and things are looking good.
I love that it automatically finds me the top relevant companies and sends my resume to ones who are likely to hire. I doubted if hiring managers would reply to my mails cause these are really top companies 😅, but I did receive many replies and I got confidence back in my resume and profile. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!
