1. Configure your Runners
1.1 What are runners? Your AI agent that finds hiring managers
Runners are your AI agents that continuously search for relevant companies and hiring managers that match the type of job you are looking for.
Your runners find and verify the emails of hiring managers to ensure they are valid, then automatically sends them a tailored email, with your resume attached.
Runners work 24/7 to front run and automate your job search!
1.2 Configuring your first runner
Configuring your runner takes no more than 2 minutes:
- Tell your Runner agent what is the ideal job you are looking for
- In which country you’re looking for jobs (or fully remote jobs only)
- Select and customize the email template that will be sent to hiring managers
- Connect your own Gmail address so that emails are directly sent from your own personal email (recommended). Alternatively you can select for Frontrunners to send emails on your behalf from its own email addresses.
You will need to purchase a plan in order to activate your runners.
1.3 How to send more emails with multiple runners
Each runner can send up to 100 emails per day (and up to 50 per day on the Achieve plan).
The reason we limit 100 emails per day per runner is to ensure your emails get delivered directly to the hiring manager’s Inbox. If you send more than 100 emails from the same personal email address on a daily basis, you risk your emails landing in Spam folder – we prefer to stay on the safe side and increase your chances of landing in Inbox.
If you would like to send more emails per day, you will need to create multiple runners that each send up to 100 emails per day. To do this you need to subscribe to either Success or Victory plans.
On the Success plan, you can have 2 runners to send up to 200 emails per day in total.
On the Victory plan, you can have 3 runners to send up to 300 emails per day in total.
Important note: you will need to connect a different gmail address for each runner. If you don’t have multiple gmail addresses, you can register them for free on gmail.com, then add a forwarding to your main personal email.
2. Review Companies, Hiring Managers, and Emails in Your Tracker
2.1 What are runners? Your AI agent that finds hiring managers
On your Tracker, you will have a table view of all companies that your runners have selected for you. Click any company to see the details of the hiring managers for each company.
Your runners select up to 3 relevant hiring managers per company: these would either be hiring managers that directly hire for the positions you are looking for, or Recruiter / HR managers within the company who handle recruiting activities.
If there are any companies or hiring managers that you’re not interested in, you can simply delete them from your Tracker.
2.2 Review Personalized Resume Emails
When you click any company that has a Scheduled status, you will also see the tailored email that is ready to be sent. You can edit these emails before they are sent out.
2.3 Track Every Email Sent to Hiring Managers
When you click any company that has a Sent status, you can see email message that was sent, and the details of the hiring managers that received it.
